It has been brought to my attention that this cat has a strangely long neck. Rest assured, I noticed. When I sketched it I thought to myself, gee, that's a really long neck for a cat. I tried a couple more sketches with more reasonable neck-related proportions. But that removed all of the cute. It just wasn't the same. And so, Oddly-Long Necked Cat remains.(You might even call him pencil-necked. I would be OK with that.)
